Mysore Self Practice + Workshops

Here’s what to expect for Mysore Self-Practice:

We’re limiting the number of students in each class so you’ll get lots of individual attention:

  • Time to get to know Peg and for her to get to know you and your practice inside out. By the end of the week you’ll be much clearer on what you should be focusing on and have some techniques to help you work on challenging areas of the practice
  • In a Mysore Self Practice Class you each practice at your own pace without being guided through each pose by the teacher. The amount of attention you receive and the discipline of practicing daily will help you develop a deeper connection with Peg and this amazing practice. That’s why we ask you to commit to the five days…
  • In the mysore room Peg’s energy is uplifting and caring as she meets you where ever you are – no matter where that is. You’ll leave feeling encouraged, supported and inspired!
