The Psychology of Resilience
We can learn much about ourselves on the inside by watching ourselves from the outside. Find out what your patterns of behavior reveal as they show up in yoga as in life – and learn ways to bring transformation and change, through the yoga, and bring more happiness and fulfillment into our lives.
Asana Clinic: Breaking it Down
Peg will break down the unhealthy movements of patterns in our yoga practice. Often, we over use one area while under develop another – resulting in fatigue and often pain. Focus will be on creating integration and better alignment rather than on the achievement of any specific posture.
